Originally from West Sussex, Chris has always had a passion for entertaining. As a school boy he loved to throw parties, and revelled in the role of 'host' always wanting to do something different, something not seen at any previous event.
The morning after the festivities would be another opportunity to impress, this time around the breakfast table, and here is where his love of cooking was born. Combining entertainment with the simple pleasures and gratification of food.
In his early 20's Chris graduated from Tante Marie Cookery School with a Cordon Bleu Diploma. He moved to London, and set about building an impressive resume in the restaurant and catering world, including time with Gordon Ramsay and Angela Hartnett. This is where he was first introduced to ice cream, sorbet and some of the techniques he still still applies today.
A decade later and 'Fluffy Puffin' was born.
