A husband and wife team from Wiltshire with a passion for all things food & drink. Chris & Jessica bring a combined 40 years of experience to the table and are so proud of having created Fluffy Puffin from scratch.

Chris & Jessica met in 2010 whilst working in London. Jessica was a Senior Sous Chef and Chris a Pastry Chef, both working for Rhubarb Food Design. Jessica had previously come from kitchens including The Sydney Oprah House, House of Commons and Tate Modern, whilst Chris from Murano and Gordon Ramsay Holdings.

They soon moved on to run Ski Chalets in France and Hotels in the Channel Islands, before laying down their roots in the South West of England in 2013. Here, Chris took up Head Chef roles, and Jessica joined the Waitrose Cookery School team.

The idea of high end, yet relaxed and informal dessert catering began in 2016, and by April 2017, they had their company name, logo, branding, one ice cream machine, one van and a hunger to show people what they were creating, and the rest as they say is history.
