Fluffy Puffin

Chris and Jessica, a husband and wife team from Wiltshire, share a passion for food and drink with 40 years of combined experience. They proudly built Fluffy Puffin from scratch.

 

Meeting in 2010 in London, Jessica was a Senior Sous Chef, Chris a Pastry Chef at Rhubarb Food Design. Jessica's impressive background includes working at The Sydney Opera House, Tate Modern and The House of Commons, while Chris trained as a pastry chef under Angela Hartnett at the Michelin starred Murano within Gordon Ramsay Holdings.

 

Moving out of London in 2011 they went on to run ski chalets in the French Alps, and hotels in the Channel Islands (the origin of the name Fluffy Puffin). They then settled in Wiltshire 2014.

 

The idea for high-end dessert catering emerged in 2016. Extensive research and product development lead to Fluffy Puffin's birth in April 2017. They've gone from strength to strength, picking up numerous awards along the way, and now regularly work alongside some of the UK's biggest brands.
