Originally from West Sussex, I've always had a passion for entertaining.
I graduated from Tante Marie Cookery School with a Cordon Bleu Diploma in my early 20's, and promptly moved to London to put my new training into practice. I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to gain employment with Gordon Ramsay Holdings, where I worked directly for Angela Hartnett at the Michelin Starred Murano. This is where I was first introduced to the 'Pastry Section' and more importantly, ice cream!
Following a 2 year stint within the Gordon Ramsay Group, I moved to work with Rhubarb Food Design. From there I spent time in France and the Chanel Islands and also ran a Ski Chalet in the Alps with my wife Jessica.
On returning to the UK, we moved to Wiltshire where I spent the next 3 years as a head chef in various establishments, before we started our family, and opened Fluffy Puffin!
