Chris is a genius when it comes to creating flavours. He really understood and took on board our brief and created an amazing menu inspired by where we come from. Our guests were blown away by his creations and some of the flavours were authentic despite having never tried the things they were inspired by.

Chris went above and beyond, listening to exactly what we wanted and even bringing extra flavours beyond what we had chosen which complemented the
others perfectly. All our guests commented on how fantastic his ice-cream was and all went up more than once. Chris was also charming and we couldn't rate him higher. You could tell Chris was a professional and it showed in every aspect of his operation. We would definitely use his services again if we had a suitable event.

There are so many things I could write about the Fluffy Puffin but I'm afraid that no amount of stars would be able to rate the exceptional service we received from Chris. From the very beginning Chris tailored our package just for us, being avid Fluffy Puffin fans we just had to have them at our wedding, we picked from a delightful list of flavours and were not disappointed by the pure tastiness that we enjoyed on our wedding day, as well as our guests! I specifically noted that I WOULD be making time for ice-cream, nothing and no-one (I'm looking at the 20+ kids we had at our wedding) would get in my way and I can confidently say that it is the best ice-cream I have ever had the pleasure of eating, I'm sure many others would agree and I've even attached photo proof of me and new hubby chowing down. Aside from the marvellous ice-cream though, Chris was so friendly, accommodating and cheerful, the set up was gorgeous, he chatted with our guests and laughed and got involved and I honestly really appreciate that. He wasn't just there serving ice-cream, he was immersing himself in our wedding and I've had so many guests mention to me what an amazing experience they had from the ice-cream to the customer service! Chris is one of the nicest and most helpful guys I've come across. His ice creams and sorbets were to die for and all of our guests were blown away by them. They made our wedding very special indeed. I'm just gutted that one of our guest switched off the freezer the next day and I couldn't polish off the Mojito Sorbet left overs that Chris kindly left.

We booked Fluffy Puffin 18 months before our wedding because we just knew they had to be there! Chris came up with a delicious menu, played chilli chocolate roulette with our guests and even added a little surprise of my favourite flavour in mini cones as a canapé. I think my dad tried every single flavour on the night! Everyone commented on how amazing it was and it really added some fun to the evening. We can’t thank Fluffy Puffin enough!

After being asked to book ice cream with a difference by my clients for their wedding, Fluffy Puffin were the obvious choice! Their bespoke ice cream and sorbet service was excellent and they even used my clients Champagne to create a one-off sorbet.
