We do not collect any personal data from third parties without consent. Data that is collected from third parties is processed lawfully and responsibly. This, along with any data collected personally or through our website is used for the sole purpose of contacting you as a client, potential client or to directly answer a question in reference to Fluffy Puffin services. This data is collected from either; direct email, ‘contact us’ link via website, or the ‘chat’ link via our website. This is only ever personal information that you have opted to provide.
No physical copy of your data is ever stored or archived.
We do not make copies, store or keep any personal data, once your question has been answered, query resolved, or enquiry dealt with. If you proceed to become a client of Fluffy Puffin services, we will keep a record of your personal data for the duration of time leading up to your event via google mail contacts. We may then archive your personal data for research, statistical purposes and to follow up post event. This information will only ever be used by Fluffy Puffin and will never be sold to or passed onto any third party without your consent.
Fluffy Puffin can provide you with your personal data upon request. If for any reason you do not wish for your information to be held or retained by Fluffy Puffin, you have ‘the right to be forgotten’ and all traces of our interaction including all held personal data will be erased. Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to advertise our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Cookies used by Wix.com are; svSession, hs, incap_ses_${Proxy-ID}_${Site-ID}, incap_visid_${Proxy-ID}_${Site-ID}, nlbi_{ID}, XSRF-TOKEN, smSession. We may communicate with our site visitors via email, telephone, text or postal mail.
